Maulana Khalid Saifullah Rahmani, born in November 1956 in Jala, Darbhanga, Bihar, is the General Secretary of Islami Fiqh Academy, India, and a founding member of the All India Muslim Personal Law Board. He is a distinguished Islamic scholar renowned for his expertise in Islamic jurisprudence. Inherited from a lineage of esteemed scholars, including his father Moulana Zainul Abidain and grandfather Moulana Abdul Ahad Jalavi, Maulana offers guidance to the Muslim community on contemporary challenges through his profound grasp of the Quran, Sunnah, Shariah, and various knowledge disciplines. His dynamic approach and media presence in delivering lectures and sermons on pertinent topics in Hyderabad have garnered admiration.
